A Casual Beverage exists to extend hospitality beyond the bar-top and into the community. Connecting over cocktails can lead to sharing ideas and building bridges. We’re here to do our part and have some fun along the way.
A year away showed how much our favorite restaurants and bars meant to us.
Our Story
I’ve wanted to start my own hospitality brand for some time now. When the pandemic slammed the brakes on my bartending career I saw a glimmer of opportunity in the tragic haze. It became obvious very quickly that those on both sides of the bar missed the shared connection and the energy of their old haunts. A Casual Beverage was born out of a desire to salvage the best parts of bar service while leaving behind the wait list and the guy that won’t shut up about his cover band. I’m excited to tell you the whole story. But first, drinks!

Rob’s Bio
Rob Altieri has spent half of his life behind a bar and a good deal of the rest in front of one. He has created many sought after signature cocktails that have been featured on his curated menus and has gained extensive staff training experience.
Rob has also been a partner/founding member of several companies in the beverage category including a specialty coffee roastery and a cocktail mixer brand. He was awarded the title of “Best Bartender on the Mainline” by Mainline Today in 2015 and has repeatedly been featured on Good Day Philadelphia. He lives in Malvern, PA with his lovely and talented wife and daughter.
